ASHTANGA
Ashtanga Yoga is considered a more rigorous style of practice which helps in building strength, flexibility and stamina.
   
AKHANDA YOGA (NEW!)
This class is a student-centered journey that strikes a balance between structural cues and inner inquiry, so that you can explore your own breath, body and experience yoga within that range of safe movement.
   
BALANCED YOGA
Class consists of elements of gentle movements and restoration.
   
CARDIO & CORE YOGA
A dynamic and energetic form which basically improves cardio vascular functioning and stimulates the core of the body. It helps to heal and detoxify the body.
   
GENTLE FLOW YOGA
Focusing on relaxation, stress release and stretching, this class is ideal for those new to yoga.
   
HATHA YOGA
Made up of a sequence of basic postures to promote the flexibility of hamstrings and enhance body strength.
   
HATHA FLOW
It helps to improve muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness and a healthy body composition. It strengthens your 'mental posture', concentration and heightens your awareness.
   
HOT DETOX FLOW
Detox Flow Yoga allows practitioners to be familiar with the standard poses of Vinyasa Flow Yoga. This practice is a mind-body-spirit immersion.
   
HOT HATHA MIX / HOT HOUR
It provides a natural irrigation of the body through the circulatory system, with the help of the respiratory system. It brings nourishment to every cell of your body so that each can perform its function and keep your body healthy.
   
OFFICE YOGA
A class designed specially for back and core strengthening. Targeting individuals who are desk-bound and experience weak back, shoulder pain or back problems.
   
POWER YOGA
A continuous flow of movement to transition between sustained postures. Aids in challenging body's strength and stamina.
   
PRANAYAMA MEDITATION
Regulate breath, and the body and mind will follow.
   
SIVANANDA YOGA
A typical open level class including pranayama (breathing exercises), warm-ups including Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), 12 basic asanas (postures) and deep relaxation.
   
TRADITIONAL YOGA
It is a combination of breathing techniques, postures and sun salutation series. it is a finest coordintaion for good health, peace, prosperity, longevity and self-realization.
   
YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga helps in lengthening connective tissues in the joints and spine through longer holding period of a few minutes per posture.
   
YOGA BASICS
