Normal Yoga
Flat Abs
It consists of a mixture of poses that focuses on the tightening and strengthening of the entire core region, allowing the student to build a healthier spine and eliminates common lower backaches
   
Grace of Stretch
This class deviates from the origins of fluid dance flow with stretching that creates a blend of fluidity and gracefulness in between the transition of the sequences.
   
Hatha Basic
Hatha Basic consists of basic standing poses from sitting, kneeling to squatting.
   
Hatha 2
This is the next level after Hatha Basic which allow student to advance their learning that preparing them to explore asana with different variations.
   
Heart Opening (Mixed Vinyasa)
This class focuses on the opening of our heart chakra Anahata which is the fourth chakra.
   
Intro to Ashtanga
It focuses on the mandatory standing sequence of the systemized Ashtanga practice according to Guruji Sri Patthabi Jois with a few introductions of the Ashtanga Primary series or its variations.
   
Iyengar
It is more about bringing balance between action and resistance. It helps to integrate the mental and the physical plane, bringing about a sense of inner and outer balance, or what is called as alignment.
   
Nile Movement
This practice is uplifting and requires physical strength and body awareness. This class is also tailored for those who experiences bolts of depression, and those who had not “moved” for a while.
   
Nile Stretch
A practice specifically targeted to release tension-filled and emotionally-charged muscles in your entire body, creating a subtle energy change and a feeling of “lightness”.
   
Nile Stillness
This practice creates physical, mental and emotional strength and flexibility through endurance and connection. It is suitable for those who are always in a rush, worry too much, feeling jet lagged or simply looking for a quiet moment.
   
Mysore Beginner Yoga
Mysore style is the traditional method of learning Ashtanga yoga as taught by Sri K. Patabhi Jois in Mysore, India. This practice focuses on Posture (Asana), Breath (Ujjayi), and the Gazing Point (Dristhi), which are fundamental and important to all students working on their yoga practice.
   
Power Level 1
A simplified variation of poses derived from the powerful and challenging Sequences of Ashtanga Vinyasa. Its emphasis on endurance and strength allows students to build stronger, leaner, and more toned bodies.
   
Power Vinyasa
This is a high-intense class extending from a Vinyasa Level 2 where more advanced arm balance poses; deep back bending and inversions are introduced.
   
Pilates
Pilates workouts promote strength and balanced muscle development as well as flexibility and increased range of motion for the joints.
   
Sivananda Yoga
These poses are beyond normal stretching but they help in opening up the energy channels, chakras and psychic centres of the body while increasing flexibility of the spine, strengthening bones and stimulating the circulatory and immune system. Along with proper breathing or pranayama, asanas also calm the mind and reduce stress.
   
Sun Salutation
The class begins with basic stretching and is followed by simple and slowly paced variations. It gradually progresses to faster paced and more powerful variations that require the practitioner to focus on their endurance.
   
Top Over
It increases our ability to adapt to changes and increase our capacity for the growth and transformation which applies in all areas of our lives. It also helps to eliminate our fear of falling and turning upside down, which is the reason most people are unwilling to leave their comfort zone.
   
Vinyasa Level 1
This practice of yoga focuses on the total synchronization of the breath and the body's movement through absolute awareness. It is a combination of flexibility, strength, stamina, endurance, softness, hardness and grace in the transition between poses.
   
Vinyasa Level 2
Vinyasa Level 2 is a more empowering and challenging practice that focuses on more complex asanas that include arm balancing, inversions, backbends and deep binds that will blend into the fluid flow with the total synchronization of the breath and the body's movement through absolute awareness.
   
Warrior
Warrior is a different style of hatha vinyasa, using bow and arrow movement. On an artistic side, warriors also used the postures as part of their dance routines.
   
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga allows us to work on the other half, the deeper “yin” tissues of our ligaments, joints, deep facial networks and even our bones. These tissues need to be exercised to achieve optimal health and vitality.
   
Yoga Stretch Basic
A slower paced class similar to Yin Yoga. Stretch poses place emphasis on various parts of body muscle such as the shoulders, hamstrings, pelvis and hips.
   
Yoga Stretch Intermediate
The poses focus on a deeper level of stretch compared to yoga stretch basic with the focus geared towards basic alignment. It requires a longer holding duration of approximately 1- 2 minutes & 2 - 4 minutes on main and important poses.
   
Arm Balance
It requires the practitioner to move slowly and mindfully into the pose with focus and awareness on their body by shifting their weight appropriately rather than forcefully lifting their weight up.
   
Ashtanga Led 1
The practice involves synchronizing the breath with a set sequence of postures in a dynamic and vigorous movement. Endurance and graceful flow are achieved as asanas (postures) are weaved through vinyasa.
   
Deep Stretch Flow
This class is considerable as a body opener, with various poses focusing on specific parts on the body. This class can be taught in warm and normal temperature and is appropriate for all levels.
   
Hot Yoga
Hot Back Bend
This is a class that focuses mainly on back bending poses. Props may be use to aid students who have difficulty in getting into the pose and also ease any student who has a phobia of back bending.
   
Hot Dynamic Flow
This is a series of flow that has the combination of power and vinyasa. With cardio and endurance as the focus it also incorporates strengthening poses such as basic arm balances, standing balancing, twisting.
   
Hot Flat Abs
This class of is one of the more challenging Hot Yoga classes as the heat requires students to push their endurance. It consists of a mixture of poses that focus on the tightening and strengthening of the entire core region, allowing the student to build a healthier spine and eliminates common lower backaches.
   
Hot Gentle
Gentle yoga is a style of yoga that is far less strenuous and intense than other forms of hatha yoga.
   
Hot Hatha Flow
There are static and moving poses, sun salutations, breath work and a focus on bringing the senses inward, so that you move through class in a way that is respectful of the signals your body is sending you.
   
Hot Power Flow
This is a intermediate challenging class ideal for seasonal hot practitioner who are seeking something different from those usual hot practice.
   
Hot Power Level 1
In Hot Power Yoga, its emphasis on endurance and strength allows students to build a stronger, leaner, and toned body.
   
Hot Shape 2
Hot shape 2 is ideal for those who are seeking a more challenging and quicker pace of practice towards slimming without rigorous and rigid exercises, at the same time it also focus on toning, strengthening and improving flexibility overall.
   
Hot Shape 1
Hot shape is ideal for those who are seeking a great way to reduce body fat and slim down without rigorous and rigid exercise. It works on toning, strengthening and improving overall flexibility.
   
Hot Stretch Flow
Hot Stretch and Flow targets the deeper tissues that lie beneath the muscle layer.
   
Hot Stretch Basic
This class, conducted in a studio at a controlled temperature of 39 to 40°C, places emphasis on various parts of body muscle such as the shoulders, hamstrings, pelvis and hips.
   
Hot Stretch Intermediate
A slower paced class that is similar to Yin Yoga. The poses place emphasis on a deeper level of stretch compared to basic yoga that focuses more on basic alignment of the body. C
   
Hot Twist & Bend
. This is a class which will be focusing mainly on twisting and back bending asana.
   
Hot Vinyasa Level 1
This class is similar to vinyasa practice, except it is conducted in a hot room, hence it is required that the practitioner develop a stronger mental focus on the synchronization of the breath and the body's movement through absolute awareness
   
Hot Yoga
Hot yoga is fantastic for detoxing as toxins leave the body through perspiration. Students will feel energised and enjoy softer, glowing skin after the practice.

    No frill, clean and good value for money downtown yoga studio. Won’t be able to find any studio in this area to offer a better value. Easy access and got various kind of yoga class for all level of practice. Instructors are also great. They know their stuff really well.

    I like Sandeep's hot shape class

    If you are looking for a modern and chic place to do yoga with a lot of different classes and times this place is worth trying. I am on the path to try as many yoga studios in Singapore that I can, so I’ve sampled a few. I really like the crispness of this place, a modern lounge area with lots of yoga journals and the studios are airy and big! Location is perfect, 5 minute walk from Dhoby Ghaut.

    They offer a large variety of clases such as stretching, basic hatha for beginners , lots of therapeutic classes and more intense classes like hot shape 2. I like Sandeep’s hot shape class, it is a perfect blend of cardio with toning.

    I also like they have sell Lulelemon and other yoga attire. Don’t have to make an extra trip to Lululemon on Club St.

    Prices are comparable with the other studios in the area. Large packages available to share with a friend or monthly packages are another option.
