    Pilates in a Community Centre

    Went for the pilates class at pilates bodyworks Bouna Vista. On the Sunday afternoon I went, the place was small and packed with customers.

    I find that the instructors were friendly and enthusiastic. Unfortunately, I had difficulty concentrating since there were 3 to 4 small classes being conducted at the same time and at times I couldnt hear my instructors clearly and wasn’t able to follow the class.

    But overall, the place is filled with good looking pilates equipment and happy enthusiastic instructors!!

    I have been attending Colin’s classes for a few years. He is my go-to instructor for pilates as he is very well trained and effective. As I have physical injuries, Colin was careful in how he tailored an effective training for me during the one-on-one session. With the specially designed training program I am able to do pilates and strengthen my core muscles without aggravating my injury.

    Colin and his team are an experienced bunch of pilates instructors who are dedicated to their craft. Group classes include reformers workout and floor or chairs workout. The classes are usually kept at a comfortable size of 8 students max and the pace is very comfortable regardless of the level u signed up for. The location of the studio is also a plus point – nestled within a community club, unlike some other overly commercial outlets. Highly recommend anybody who is committed to build up their core muscles.
